  This Dentist surgery, is extremely dated and run down, which in itself would not be so bad if it was reflected in the charges, which it most certainly is not.
  The staff range from extremely competent to completely hopeless, and more of the latter than the former. The surgery hours are sporadic to say the least, mostly the odd weekend so be prepared to go at 7 am on a weekend.
  All of this i could deal with. What i cannot deal with is this. Having had to pay for xrays and a check up with the ''new'' dentist (despite my records being held in the office from the previous dentist, more money to pay) it was found that i needed a small filling. l tried three times to get an appointment, twice i was actually in the office when one receptionist left messages for the dentists PA, having waited over a month and no reply i called again, and was rudely informed that the person i was speaking to was the receptionist and no such requests had been made.
  So if you want to pay full rate for a third rate surgery, staff that don't follow through with there work and then get called a liar when you pull them up on it, this is the place for you!!
  There a dozens of Dentists in PG, im sure at least some would be delighted to have new clients, and wont treat them like they are a massive inconvenience and an occasional cash cow.

  Thanks to Dr Pahal and his team for providing highly professional dental services to the Robson Valley in McBride. I was worried that the McBride dental office may stay closed after Dr Moseley retired and left the community.
  If Dr Pahal and his staff didn't travel to offer their services to our community bi-weekly, we would all be on the road during weekdays/workdays to see a dentist elsewhere.
  There's nothing I have been missing in regards to dental services since I switched to Dr Pahal other than the shiny and over-the-top office inventory I helped to pay for at my previous dentist in Prince George which has not made my teeth any healthier :)
  My messages have always been replied to in a timely and friendly manner and the team has gone out of its way to accommodate.
